This is my first carbon blade, I found with all others you lose the touch. This has touch and great feedback so will suit my game. I transitioned from a Donic Applegren Allplay so it is that good at the short game as it compares quite well to that all wood allround bade. The speed of this blade when you engage the carbon on a fast shot is unbelievable, the ball rockets off. It has a low throw when hit hard so something I’m going to have to adapt to. Only played twice with it but already feels like it will help me improve.
It is a flexible offensive blade with excellent control and feeling with a moderate speed.
I’ve been using it for several years and think I’ve found the best racket for me.
This blade is fast, like Timo boll alc level fast. Also with a good feel, and is enough lightweight. DNA platinum H on both sides, having good control on serve receive and also good close to mid distance looping play. Only for Grip style backhand power little decreased but will cover with good technique in coming days I hope. Overall Great Blade in budget.
Willsion –
played a number of blades, Hurricane no.2, Treiber CO OFF/S, VS Unlimited, Viscaria, SK Carbon always using the same rubber FH: MX-P and BH: Mantra M.
Each blade is slightly different. The SK is too fast no control, the Viscaria is well balanced in all aspects but doesn’t shine in one aspect. The Trieber CO and VS Unlimited are asking blades, even better with more speed and more control than the Viscaria. The DHS 301x has some magic, nothing off the charts, yet something about it that I find myself going to it every time. Speed, Control, Spin are all a factor of the player connecting with a capable blade. The weight, feel, reaction, and handle of this blade fit my hand, it becomes an extension of my arm. Not the best blade I own, but the best choice for value for money. Well done DHS, you’ve put a $60 blade that can hold it’s head high amongst blades double or even triple it’s price.

This is the best blade i ever used. I have thrown away all my Butterfly. DHS Hurricane series handle is the best. The thin neck is the best for FH BH transition. Best kept secret to Ma Long dominant.

perfectly suits the game with loops; the sensations are quite clear. shows well with different types of overlays (I try with dianchi d for hand and dignics 05).. Loops are easy to make and fly at good speed. I also love the DHS handles; they are easy to maneuver and make a powerful top spin.
